        I absolutely LOVE Douglas Family Vision & all of the employees!!! I felt comfortable from the first moment. Additionally, they were welcoming, knowledgeable, patient, helpful, caring and just all around a great group thats doing great work.

        Loved my experience here. It started with my son getting glasses here and then I got my eyes checked. Doctor was very thorough and the staff were so friendly. The lady who helped me with my glasses was awesome! Definitely recommend.

        Excellent experience as a new patient. The staff members are very friendly, courteous and prompt from check in to rooming patient to selecting glasses to check out. Dr Karen Douglas was wonderful, very professional, she doesnt hurry through the exam process, she ensures you understand changes in your vision. When selecting eye wear the staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful in selecting appropriate eye glasses.
