        I had not been in Wickes Library sisnce i was a kid. I walked through the doors and was greeted by Amy's smile and a warm hello. She really knows her stuff! She even was able to give me a mini tutorial on how to use the libraries technology. I wish there were more people in customer service positions that demonstrate high quality people skills while maintaining her professionalism.
