Just returned from a visit to the Saginaw mall store. If you are looking for customer service you may want to keep looking. If you are a self service buyer this store is for you.

Was there on a Sunday not long after the mall had opened. I experienced the worst customer service I have ever had! Went in planning on buying at least 3 pairs. Waited awhile for anyone to even say anything to us. We were the only ones in the store besides one other person and 3 sales people. First we were told we can not get the shoes in a size to fit. Went on to look at others. Finally got helped again when I said something to my family. The help we got then gave us nothing but attitude and dirty looks the whole time. We walked out with one pair, the pair we were told we could not get! When we walked in one sales person was standing at a register eating, another at a register talking with a buddy and the third standing there doing not a thing. They lost out on a nice sale. We will also never step foot into that store again and possibly never step foot in any other finish line. They actually made us feel like we were not even welcomed in that store. I hope they realize it is back to school season as people are willing to spend a lot of money on shoes. Hopefully this review will save another family from having to deal with this! Wish I could give them -100 *

EVERY SINGLE TIME I STEP FOOT INTO THE FINISH LINE AT FASHION SQUARE MALL IN SAGINAW MICHIGAN I AM REMINDED WHAT HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. I AM NEVER GREETED OR ASKED IF I NEED HELP WITH ANYTHING, THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION JUST LOOK AT ME AND WAIT FOR ME TO ASK THEM FOR SOMETHING AND THEN ACT AS IF IT IS AN INCONVENIENCE TO GO AND LOOK FOR MY SIZE. UNFORTUNATELY THE MANAGER (KATE I BELIEVE IS HER NAME) IS ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL, CARELESS AND RUDE. WILL NEVER STEP FOOT BACK INTO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. WILL GO ELSEWHERE TO PURCHASE SHOES FOR MY FAMILY. FINISH LINE HAS LOST A VERY LOYAL CUSTOMER DUE TO THE UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND RUDE AND CARELESS MANAGER AT THIS GHETTO SAGINAW LOCATION.
