    Today I walked in the store nobody was there to greet me. I even called out HELLLLOOOO really loud and still no answer but I hear employees in the back cackling and laughing while Im standing in pain in need of help.

    Receptionist was rude, however the group instructor was high energy and thorough. That first interaction sets the tone and vibe. Sadly in this case it was the reception. May I suggest someone with better customer service training? I have worked customer service myself and know there is a right way and a wrong way to treat customers or just humans for that matter.

    I am so grateful that Damian was the one to deliver my mom's oxygen setup to her home. She's undergoing treatment for cancer, and she was recently released from a week-long hospital stay for treatment-related respiratory issues on the condition that she use oxygen at home. Run down after months of chemo and radiation, she wasn't happy about that requirement at all. Damian delivered her equipment with a smile, and he actually made the setup process fun. Not only did he deliver the information she needed to know clearly and effectively, but he was so fun and charismatic that everyone was laughing during a very stressful time. Not only did it put a smile on everyone's face, but I'm convinced that his delivery will help make my mom's journey easier. I'm very grateful to Damian for making this very difficult and stressful time for my mom easier on her, and all of us.

    The Southfield MI location was a horrible and terrible experience. The receptionist at front was rude and unprofessional. She didn't communicate or explain things well. And the equipment tech was loud and unprofessional. She tried to deny me and send me home disappointed but it didn't work. I finally got the mask I came for. The staff here is unprofessional and unacceptable! I will not be back!
