Came here today to get my ball drilled. Mitchell (not sure if I spelled the name correctly) was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I'm extremely satisfied with how the ball came out to be and the great service, will definitely be coming back here if I ever need to drill a ball again.

I came in to look at bowling shoes and I was incredibly disappointed with my visit to this store. I was the only customer in the store and the employee that came over to talk to me was extremely rude, and the other didnt bother to talk to me. I told him I was new to bowling shoes, looking to learn about right handed shoes. I added that I wanted to spend around $100 and then he clearly didnt want to give me the time of day. He directed me to the cheap $50 shoes and told me they didnt have any right handed shoes in my price range. I looked around the shoes for a little while after he left and I found and tried on several right handed bowling shoes that were within my price range. There were also a few he probably could have upsold me on. I certainly wont be coming back to spend my money here, and I dont recommend you go in there unless youre a pro because I guess thats the only people they want to help. If management would like to resolve this Id be happy to give more information.
