Wow! I'd say my bathroom tile looks brand new...but I've never seen it new. We've lived in our house 12 years and I've never seen the tile and grout as bright and new looking as it did after Burg's cleaning! I had no idea it was that color! Jason paid attention to every nook and cranny. Absolutely the best at what he does!

Reside in the Sterling Heights area. Had my home done by this company on 3/30/24. Very professional crew of 2. The person working the phone was very pleasant. I even had a reminder call as I had completely forgotten I had scheduled them. They were in and out in no time. Explained the whole process and expectations. Carpet was cleaned to my satisfaction. Highly recommend this company. Wished I had used them before and their prices were reasonable. Look nowhere elsethey are the ones to use. From beginning to end they were amazing.

Burg's to the rescue! Another amazing display of customer service and excellent work. At the end of last week, our 12 year old cat experienced severe gastrointestinal issues and vomited numerous times throughout our house. The next day we received word that members of our extended family would be in town the following day for Easter and wanted to spend the holiday with us. In a panic, I called Burg's and they responded. Kathy was amazing in finding a spot for us same day due to a cancellation and Vince and Mike Q. did an amazing job on our carpet taking extra time to make sure the carpet was as dry as possible before leaving. Everything looked great and the holiday went off without a hitch. Thanks to Burg's again for first class service and for relieving a tremendous amount of stress. P.s. After a day at the Animal Emergency Center at the same time the carpet was being cleaned, the cat is on the mend!
