UPDATE 04/10/24 Still doing well with this dental facility. I broke a piece of my tooth off about a month ago, and I was able to get an appointment quickly. They took several (5 -7) xrays, to make sure it didn't break because of a cavity. No cavity was found, and a resin repair (fill in the missing part) was done. I paid about $45 which seemed like a deal to me. The new fix, let go when I was flossing a few days ago. I called them today, and they got me right in. One more xray just to check, but no changes. A more extensive procedure to bond material to my tooth was performed, and this one feels better than the last (and it felt good.) The dentist and his assistant were very friendly (a normal here) and made sure I was comfortable. The work seemed top notch and feels almost like my regular tooth. Were staying. There's absolutely no reason not to.
UPDATE 12/28/23 Back to back with my son again. Daughter came in the day before. Everything is still great. Super friendly staff, and both kids are having great visits. Braces are done, and that was relatively painless. You should be coming here.
My last dental experience at knollwood Dental caused me to take a break from dental visits (covid didn't help either.) My wife found this dental office while searching for a place that took our insurance, and I think I may have found my final dental home. I have to admit that the forms I filled out on my phone were a bit tedious, but just get past that and all will be great. My son and I had back to back appointments and that's super cool. He went in right on time and I was taken back early. Everybody, and I mean everybody was super friendly, professional, and made sure I was comfortable. The cleaning was fast but done very well. They brought my son in to my room instead of sending him to the waiting room which I thought was really smart. I asked about setting up an orthodontist consult for my son, and the dentist just went ahead and looked at him after I was done. Here's a kicker. The dentist told me he was close to being alright and didn't necessarily need braces. She didn't try to sell us something he didn't need. How many times do you see that. My deal with my son was that we would get him to perfect and after that it was up to him to keep it that way just the same deal we made with our daughter. So we were told that he could have either regular braces or invisalign FOR THE SAME PRICE. And they found out that we still had $1000 left in ortho money, even though his last ortho said we had used all of our money up. They then did all the measuring needed and he should have his pack in 3 to 4 weeks. She said he was a light case, so less money and less time and easier to be in band class. They even tracked down my Care Credit account for me and offered one year interest free on that. All we were doing was coming in for a checkup and cleaning and now another summer task is out of the way with a much nicer and quicker product. My son said he LOVED this place. How many kids say they loved the dentist. I said the exact same thing to him. If all of this information does not get you to come here then nothing will, and that will be your loss.
