The staff was great, the absence of teller windows is very disappointing. Step your game up PNC corporate what happened, not everyone wants to look at a screen for every part of their life.

They got rid of their tellers. All they have is automated Teller machines now. I am a hairdresser who makes weekly cash deposits and most of the time this machine only except half of my bills. It does not accept any older bills at all. I'm actually here right now trying to deposit cash and the keypad on the machine isn't working at all. Pointless to even come to this location. Drive right past this one to go to the next one. Extremely inconvenient.

Mine as well stick an ATM in the parking lot and knock down the building. Most pointless building they have.

This place doesnt have in-person tellers and replaced them with virtual teller machines instead - which is fine. However, the wait time for virtual tellers is extremely long. I spent over 40 minutes for a cash withdrawal. The staff at the location were helpful though.

They got rid of all their tellers go to a different bank
