Do yourself a favor, find a younger dr who is still building up their practice and eager to actually help and you might be treated like an actual human being. Had an overall rushed and horrible experience with my 4 year old son all the way through. Im pretty sure Dr Becker got his files mixed up and we didnt get any questions answeredhad to refer to good ol Google to get answers. The day before surgery for our son, we were told that all the kids would be screaming and crying in the hospital waiting room pre-op because it was a Becker Daynothing screams future trauma therapy sessions like coercive surgery. Best decision we made was to cancel surgery and go with better dr in the area. Be your best advocate for yourself and your child.

The doctors need to pick different qualified front desks associates. I was hung up on trying to make an appointment for my kids. This happened 10 minutes ago it was a lady wasnt able to get her name. Im pretty sure the doctors would not like to know that their front desk lady is causing them to miss out on patient/business.

Dr. John Becker is one the the most unprofessional doctors I have encountered. The first time I made an appt for my daughter to be seen , I called the office letting them know I was running about 15 min late due to traffic, his assistant put me on hold then said if you make it here in exactly 15 minutes hell see me daughter, otherwise I will have to reschedule. We hurried as fast as we could, running up the stairs, clearly panting and out of breath as we reached their office; unfortunately because we didnt make it exactly in 15 minutes but 21 minutes, the doctor did not want to see my child! I told his assistant we are willing to wait until he sees all of his patients! But he still refused! Where is your work ethics Dr Becker ? I will never ever go back to that office again!
