        What a wonderful experience working with Joe and Detroit Metro Ice Cream! My organization is hosting a Harvest Festival and had originally scheduled an ice cream cart. We had some plans change so I cancelled the cart - then, our plans changed again and we needed the cart again! Joe was responsive, flexible and delivered our cart today! The BEST customer service and the ice cream cart is adorable!

        They provided a great cooler that kept the ice cream nice and frozen. The reason I only gave them 4 stars was they didn't have good communication. Otherwise, they gave a great product, and we enjoyed using them.
