Great customer service rep. Only took one day to schedule a hot water heater removal and installation of a new one. Technician who installed was very professional and friendly. We use this contractor for all our plumbing needs. Highly recommend them. Service: Water heater installation

I used their services for faucet installation x 2. I live in a larger home, so Im sure there was some luxury upcharge here.
Ultimately, however, the initial visit charge for the project and the final bill ran up to $800. Much higher than what was quoted.
My wife handled most of the interactions in the work, but she notes that the time spent with the work was the same but the final bill was higher considerably than what was quoted.
Final work undoubtedly looks nice. Thats why its a 2-star. Im not questioning the final product. Just the dishonesty and the upcharge. If you have limitless amount of money, theyre great. If you like bang for your buck.two stars Service: Faucet installation
