Steven J. Repitor, Podiatrist

I had to see a podiatrist asap as I had fractured my metacarpel in my left foot and I was 38 weeks pregnant. I chose Dr. Repitor's office because it was highly rated on google. I called the office and asked to see the doctor the same. Dr. Repitor answered the call and squeezed me in due to my situation. First, I want to say THANK YOU for accommodating your tight scheduel to squeeze me in. Second, I had a pleasant experience overall when I made it to the office. Staff were very nice, saw the doctor in a timely manner and was well informed of the problem, its severity and what the best treatment would be. I highly recommend Dr. Repitor, and his office to all.

Dr. Repitor gave me an injection in my heel without any numbing or warning as to how much it would hurt. He refused to trim my inserts to fit into shoes, and I begged him to at 2 separate visits. When I called to discuss these concerns, his receptionist said he noted my chart that I was "non-compliant", despite the fact that I followed every instruction he gave me. We finally agreed that he'd waive my last office visit fee because he refused to trim my inserts to fit into shoes. His receptionist told me not to come back-as if I'd want to purposefully expose myself to someone who treats people like cattle. I recently ran into that receptionist and when I told her I remembered her from Dr. Repitor's office, she excitedly told me how she no longer worked for him and added "Oh the things that man had me do"...and yet, he's still out there, practicing medicine. Go here at your own risk of being treated like cattle and not the human being with feelings that you are.
