Established in 1929 by Staunton Elsea, the company has long been known as an innovator. Many of the marketing tools common throughout the country started here. Real Estate One was the first company to have multiple offices, to create homes books, to create a computerized MLS, and to host Open Houses. Jonathan Francisco Is an Amazing realtor, with amazing communication skills, easy to understand, listens and remembers what his clients conveyed to him about what theyre looking for and, their budget as well as their needs.
Johnathon stays in constant communication and responds back to any questions or concerns his clients have. 3 other realtors from other real estate companies before Johnathon, made us feel as though they were working for the seller. Not Johnathon though! We were buyers and he worked professionally as a buyers agent. This guy knows the business of real estate, the process and made the whole process extremely easy.
