I don't know where to start. Cat urine in carpet from former tenant. Poor quality paint job. Kitchen floors are finished poorly. Linoleum over linoleum and not even finished beyond where appliances start. Chipped porcelain finish on stove. Blinds are old and dirty. Parking area is not well lit and dangerous. No lights in bedrooms. Non working security light on side of building. Rattling vent in 1 of 2 bathrooms. Lower vinyl trim boarder is peeling in one of the bathrooms. Kitchen cabinet shelves are sagging and need to be updated. Slow draining sink in one of the bathrooms. The mechanical stopper in that sink barely opens. I've killed 2 ants and at least 5 silverfish. Small circular holes in walls about 1" in diameter. Wheels on sliding patio door and screen need to be cleaned and lubricated. Too many stray cats seen wandering around. Street drains are sunken below street level and need to be repaired. Street pavement is patched and in disrepair. Chunks of concrete can be seen in the middle of the street due to the condition of the curbs throughout the community. Kids play in the streets constantly without parental supervision. Honestly, I could go on but I think I've said enough. I am very disappointed and I STRONGLY advise anyone who appreciates a higher quality of life, who has STANDARDS, not to live here.
