Had a thermostat replaced, it stopped working several weeks later. I brough it back and was told "since it's been more than 30 days we will only pay for the part." The part is $25 and I paid over $250. RIP OFF, Waste of TIME AND MONEY! BUYER BEWARE!!

I only wish I could give a ZERO. Had the thermostat in my car replaced, it cost $300. Several weeks after, the light came on again, same problem per the computer check at Advance Auto. Called them, made an appointment. The light went off, so I didn't keep the appointment. NOW, several more weeks later, the light is back on AGAIN. I went to the shop and was told "Sorry, its been more than 90 days, we'll cover the cost of the part only." The part is $25. This is a disreputable place of business, DO NOT GO HERE unless you plan on getting a repair that will last 45 days or less. Outrageous, I will share this terrible experience with everyone I know. I never plan on going here again. I will now be forced to go somewhere else to have my thermostat replaced because Smitty's Auto is incapable of performing this relatively simple repair.
