Chris is great. We have used him for home repairs on our little historic home. He repaired our exterior when a tree hit our home and you would never know there was damage. He worked to preserve some of the details around our windows, which was important to us. We recently had some issues with water leaking in our basement and he did a great job with repairing and waterproofing. He is thorough, professional, detailed and great with communication. I had Nevins out for some home repairs I needed that came up after a couple of storms had gone through. Repairs include replacing vent pipe boots on the roof, repairing water damage on walls and ceiling, and fixing a leaky pipe right above the ceiling in the kitchen. I really appreciate the care, detail, and workmanship this company provided. They were very professional and courteous. My home was very clean when they were all done. Chris Nevins recently replaced the columns (Posts) on our front porch. Chris was very precise on the measurements. (they look better than the original columns.) We're very happy with the outcome. Chris just finished a complicated flooring project for us and we are extremely happy with the outcome. Working from the ground up with meticulous attention to detail, Chris transformed our laundry room floor from a dangerous eyesore to a beautiful, well-constructed floor that adds value to our home. He is a true professional in every sense of the word. He is experienced, knowledgeable, hardworking, and very conscientious. And no, I am not his mother! He is also very thoughtful and considerate, and he truly cares about his customers --certainly a rarity these days. We have already started making a list of all the other home improvement projects he could do for us, because we have finally found a home remodeler who cares as much about improving our home as we do!
