      We called you to see where you were and tried to say that we would have to reschedule as you hung up on us. Then you walked in the door and yelled "so you can't see me over ten minutes", we said unfortunately we would have to reschedule and you turned around and walked out before we could do that and explain why. We schedule vaccine appointments every 20 minutes and were completely booked today. We preform a physical exam, do blood draws for heartworm checks, administer vaccines, and discuss preventions at our vaccine appointments. There is no way to do that all in the 10 minutes. This also then puts us behind, making every client after you that arrives on time having to wait longer which is not fair to the other clients. We did try to reschedule and did not push you out the door.
