After the rude encounter with Mr Oleson had with a "Karen" today that she shared on Facebook and his disregard for personal health, my favorite grocery store became my non grocery store. Mr Oleson I guess forgot the first rule of retailing>its a lot easier to keep a customer than to find a new one."

I worked for this place it might be family friendly with customers and brown noses but not with employees my husband is dying and had to miss alot of time did anyone really care they just wanted bodies to work and the day I get ready to come back to work I got busted for illegal tags and no insurance they well the person in charge was rude oh so I have to take you off the schedule not asking hey do you need a ride mean nobody even checked up or called hey yall ok NOTHING!!!! How uncaring then I asked if someone could help with some eggs bread and milk go to a food bank we don't run a charity here really no one even asked if we needed a ride i worked myself to death for them while being disabled they don't care its all about money they made almost 10,00.00 the day before Thanksgiving and couldn't even give anyone a turkey then they have employees who like to play lotto on the clock and do their shopping on the clock and thats okay too while everyone else had to beg for a break so this is family oriented I don't want it very disrespectful and uncaring people

Great grocery store and they have many extras...bakery...floral...pharmacy etc

Huge shoutout to Jim, manager at N. Long Lake store...he special ordered an item for me and I can pick it up tomorrow. He has done this before and I SO appreciate it. I drive an hour and a half to pick it up!!
