Hi Joseph, I appreciate a honest review but I cannot find any information about you or your project. Although I do believe you have a lot or know of me and that I am relocating but am still down state working at the moment for the next month and will continue to take clients on schedule. please feel free to text me because I don’t ever charge or get paid until I walk the floor with my client and there satisfied, also want to note that it would be illegal to charge for something I didn’t finish or did not do. So whoever u are please text me I’m am beyond confused over this review. U stated the floor looks good but there is unfinished work that is billed for? I don’t ever complete a project get paid for work that hasn’t been finished as this is highly illegal. This isn’t ok any work I bill for I complete. If this is a spam email from a competitor just know it’s illegal to leave misrepresenting reviews that are untrue or misleading. And to damage of corners of your home any damage that occurs I talk to my clients and I either pay to fix or give a discount which is rare but things can happen, so I’m so confused who u are and to leave such a untrue statement of me and my business. I legally cannot bill or get paid final balance until my clients are happy. I’m not trying to be a jerk I just have no idea who u are and your statements don’t make sense as it’s illegal to get paid for work that hasn’t been finished or damage that happened that hasn’t been resolved before completing project.
