Seems great so far called and was sent to a call back prompt but they called back within the hour. Medicaid has subgroups of insurance she was very thorough in checking I was insured there and said theyd call back if theres any coverage issues. Super friendly and helpful. I can be a bit on phone calls and she was patient with me thru finding the closest location to me haha.

Dr Bakken herself is absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, the appointment staffs unprofessional and difficult behavior means I have to find another physician. I know Dr takes my insurance Im not a new patient. When I explained that being transferred to another number to verify my insurance was a waste of time I was sent to a number with voicemail only. With a mailbox not accepting messages. Call back, 25 minutes on hold only to be hung up on by the system that felt I used the maximum time. My time, and my medical need is worth not having it wasted.

Dr. Bakken is so caring and down to earth. She really listens to her patients. Staff is friendly and helpful as well. Also had procedure done with Dr. Bakken and they do everything to make the patient feel at ease.

No issues. I will be going back to Dr. Bakken for my second colonoscopy.

Dr. Bakken is not a got doctor. She gave medication and i was still not doing good . I called the office and she added more medication. She did not get enough test done for proper diagnosis. She do not listen or give a chance to ask questions.
