FLAME Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electrical

I cannot recommend Flame Heating and Cooling enough. My furnace died unexpectedly. I was working with another company but discovered they were not a contractor connected to the Michigan Saves Program, which provides low-interest loans for green home improvements. Flame was highly rated on their website, so I called them. The sales rep was out the same day, pricing was below what I was quoted from the other company, and they included a bunch of minor tweaks to bring everything to great shape. They were knowledgeable about high-efficiency systems and did not try to sell me things I did not need. I qualified for the low-interest financing from Michigan Saves in just a few minutes and was scheduled quickly for the installation. They showed up right at 8 am, and I had four flame vehicles in my driveway at one point. They were efficient, clean, knowledgeable, and stayed to show me how the new system works and how to maintain it. While the timing of this repair was not ideal, Flame made the process easy, and I am so grateful that I chose them. Their warranties are also wonderful, and I know they will make it right if something does not work in the future. My only suggestions for improvement would be to let you know the time commitment for the installation and to include an email address in the automatic email that sends out the quote. I mistakenly emailed the do not reply address, which delayed me a bit.

Our experience with Flame Furnace was excellent. They did exactly what they said they would do, with zero surprises. On time, went in smoothly, absolutely no hiccups. Mo, Kole and Chris S were great. Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and very hard working. We appreciate it!

Flame bought out the company that did an incredible job installing two furnaces in our home. I decided to try them out for a plumbing issue, and the plumber they sent out, Solomon, was top-notch. He was honest about what needed fixing and what wasn't a problem. He was extremely thorough and explained everything. He even noticed a problem with our sump pump that we didn't know about and gave us a quote to fix that. Highly recommended.
