The have raids often. Catalytic converter was stolen. Basements will flood and water heater breaks, no hot water for a week. Water turns black after they fix it. no heat in winter. maintenance will try to break in when youre not home. Police activity is wild and gunshots are common. they paint over problems. God knows whats under the bathtub its moldy and black underneath. cheap tho

Rude, unprofessional, and disorganized. Dedra kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain what happened when maintenance was here the other day.
Another maintenance man came to finish the job but was not notified of the current status of the work order and didn't have tools to even start the job as a result.
I was also gaslighted when I had 4 maintenance men show up to my apartment unannounced from a work order MANY MONTHS OLD. I was told that I don't answer my phone. I always do. They never called and I never received 24 hour notice when I am one of the folks who have the oldest work orders placed.
Spoke with property manager Darius. He confirmed my work order did permit entry, which they do not call in those cases. The work order was originally closed by the leasing office and reopened by corporate, so the default setting "entry permitted" was checked. I always ask for them to call first. This oversight was scary as a woman who was home when I hear people talking in my apartment out of nowhere, but whatever. It happens. The main problem was the attitude AND ACCUSATIONS THAT OCCURRED.
I was accused of something that didn't even happen and the facts weren't straight, called the following day and cut off. "THANK YOU we're aware of the situation" when they aren't. Then I was told when I was in tears and shaking about having strangers in my place unexpectedly that "Oh I bet you were scared. well if that's it I have someone in front of me so I'm going to disconnect the call now." No accountability. No apology or sympathy as a fellow woman.
Apartments are expensive for what you get. Multiple cars have been vandalized, others have been broken into. Work orders ARE finally getting completed, but in the cheapest way possible. Neighbors in my building are fine for the most part. Neighbors outside of my building are yelling often and getting into arguments.
I personally don't have a bug issue in my apartments thank God.
Save yourself the headache and stress and don't move here. I recommended it back when I first moved in in 2019 ,but with this new company taking over.... NOPE.
Also corporate never returns phone calls or emails, so good luck with that too.
