I had an emergency tooth removal... they scheduled me as fast as possible. With "several" other offices ("27") they were all a few wees to months out. Universal was booked and made room for me. I am very appreciative of this, due to the pain I was in. The office staff is very helpful (Jackie and all) and made every effort to help. They really seem to enjoy working there. Quite a bit of people have spoken highly about Universal to me. Before and after I had been there. Wished I would have went sooner. Sorry I could not remember all who helped. I fired my old dentist! This is my new one.
