The hotel was poorly staffed. My room was dirty on arrival on Monday and could not change rooms. I asked for someone to clean the room as there was paper, hair ties and sanitary napkin paper on the floor. It didn't get cleaned until Wednesday night and that was by the sweet lady that cooks for them. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher.

Two stars is being generous. Checked in on a Sunday and it was never mentioned that housekeeping was by request only. Especially did not think twice about considering the sticker on the mirror says its done every other day. 3rd day in and no housekeeping. I call down to get fresh towels only to be told I have to come and get them. Service/communication is poor. Dishes left in the dishwasher instead of being put away. Floors are sticky like they havent been mopped in a while. Not many Hilton options in this area so I took a chance staying here instead of the Hampton Inn next door. Wont make this mistake again.

Although the front desk clerk was friendly and somewhat apologetic, the table in my room was filthy! You guys can do a much better job of cleaning the rooms especially since we are living with COVID-19 creeping our lungs!

We had to stay here when our home flooded due to a busted pipe. We truly enjoyed our experience. Very clean and staff was amazing. I enjoyed the breakfast each moring, they gave a breakfast window of 6-10am which is alot longer than most hotels. The food was hot and delicious, 3 diffrerent choices for drinks and 3 different coffee choices. Each morning the food choice was a little different. Good gym and pool. If you have a choice, you wont go wrong with Homewood. They are my top choice going forward. Management are doing something right.
