I hate to be clich , but Buyer Please Beware. The lack of communication and lack of accurate bookkeeping forced an end to our business agreement. I had to send 4 emails with pictures before they accurately cut my lawn. I had to remind them on two different occasions to even send a lawn cutting team out to my property as they just decided to skip 2 weeks of lawn service. I also had to provide copies of withdrawals from my personal bank account before they would correct inaccurate billing statements. There are too many available lawn companies to have to overcome these deficiencies. Additionally the worse incident of them all , was the team half cutting my elderly neighbors lawn ,whose not under contract with Platinum , and then being very rude to them , when asked to clean up the mess they had made. We needed a solution for our side yard. Elfie the dog had really made it a mess. We decided on artificial pet grass and Platinum was up for the job. The space is irregular and they did an impressive job of measuring and placing the turf in one continuous piece. I am so happy with the outcome. The crew was super friendly and all the guys worked very hard. I would recommend this business. Service: Sod installation
