        Is the owner of sunhomes not seeing the way these reviews are dropping these past couple years?? When will yall take notice to stop letting people come here who only trash this place. Enforce noise complaints, stop letting residents kids run a muck in the street. The other day a group of kids gave me the finger after I asked them to move while I was driving. I get thats not the managers fault but this seems to only betting worst

      Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. If you are a resident, please stop by our office or give us a call to report your noise concerns. If there is a noise problem after hours, please call the police department's non-emergency number to put in a noise complaint. Our rules and regulations apply to everyone, including children, and we ask that parents accompany their kids in common areas and demonstrate neighborly behavior. Our interactions are guided by the Golden Rule--treating others as we wish to be treated--and we ask the same of our residents and guests. We are happy to work together to make Lafayette Place a safe and beautiful community we can all be proud to call home.
