Came in to wash my dog. They had a sign that said self serve. I called a few times to see if it was a good time to come in. Nobody answers the phone here. I drove over to see since I couldnt reach anybody. Got there and they turned me away. I came here because 2 of my neighbors come here and use the self serve. This place came highly recommended. Lady seemed fine with it until she saw I had a big dog. ( my neighbors both have small dogs ) she said it wasnt a good time. I said okay when can I come back ? What time ? She wouldnt give me a straight forward answer. I understood that it wasnt a good time but I couldnt help but feel unwelcome when she refused to say when I could come back in. The lady left me hanging. I just took my business elsewhere if I cant get an answer on when a good time to come in was. If you dont want certain customers for self serve ( people with big dogs ) then maybe you should specify on your add. Also maybe people should schedule when they want to rent the tub so they dont waste a trip over there. If you dont like walk ins inquiring about the self serve you could avoid that by answering your business phone or at least return my call if you cant answer right away.

Debbie is amazing and will keep going until she puts the scissors down. Lol my dog loves her.
