Waterford Square Apartments

The leasing office staff really needs to be looked at by corporate. And I'm not saying that as a disgruntled tenant but more of a concerned tenant. If you approach about a concern or a request, it's always a no problem we will take care of it. With zero follow through. I really hope they get their act together. And I also think that posting fake reviews by current employees of this complex is highly unprofessional.

3 weeks now weve waited and wasted $200. We were told that if we put in the application and paid the fees it would be 3-5 business days. We put our application in on a Monday the weekend AFTER viewing an okay unit that we liked. We had hope of moving in. We were told everything was good and waiting for corporate. We called corporate. Ressco to be exact and they emailed the property manager. They said they would call me once they hear from her and Im assuming they never have because of I never got a call. We kept getting told youll hear by the end of the day or end of the week any time we called for an updated. And yeah I dove through reviews after not hearing anything and found the leadership email for reason and HAVENT heard anything back from that email We needed to know if we wasted $200 on one place of not. Nothing but lies from management. Never heard anything back. A high application fee of $100 PER PERSON is ridiculous. We have now lived on and wish we could get the wasted $200 back so we can move. If you do need an apartment that responds and is actually quick check out The Village in Commerce Township/Wixom, theyll take care of you and not ignore you and dodge calls and give you the run around.
