My Dad, Paul Chiodo was in your care for almost 3 weeks. Your staff did an amazing job taking care of him, working with hospice and helping me navigate the  few weeks he was with us. Ashley was one of the caretakers that I saw the most. She was fabulous and so attentive to my Dad's needs. Jasmine, Julie, Tiffany, Martina and all your staff were great. If your loved one needs assistance with dressing and eating, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Unless you can be there every day to check on them.  High staff turnover and chronic low staffing is a main negative.  Owner is more interested in the bottom line. My mom passed away on the first of the month and we had already paid for that entire month (free money for her!)and we were still hit with a $300 bill to repair some scratches on the wall in her room. Quite unbelievable.  No assisted living or skilled nursing facility is going to be good enough, but this one definitely has a lot of room for improvement. We were just lucky enough to be able to check on our mom every single day.

There are better senior care facilities out there, I would look around before picking Waterford Oaks in Waterford. The resident rooms are dark, and food was very skimpy, barely enough for anyone. Resident was told they didn't have any milk when she asked for it, and was told to talk to the management.
