A deer jumped in front of my vehicle and my insurance suggested this place for repairs. Unsure of what I would face, I hesitantly followed my insurance company's suggestion and took my damaged vehicle in for much-needed repairs. I'm glad I did. Adam was kind, helpful, and generous. Clearly passionate about his job, Adam made sure the work on my car was completed in a timely and effective manner. He truly went above and beyond for me, and I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a good deal with friendly service and people who care. Thank you, Adam!!

All in all, I was very impressed and would recommend. Of all the experiences I've had at repair shops, this one was the most pleasant. Adam, in particular, went above and beyond. He was kind, considerate, informative, helpful -- as was everyone I interacted with. On top of that, the repairs were completed a week earlier than predicted. They made the whole process as easy and painless as possible. Thank you, Adam and team!

100% recommend Gerber! I was in a pretty significant accident and my car was in really bad shape. My insurance company works with Gerber and wanted me to use them. I am so glad that I followed their advice! Everyone I worked with was amazing. Adam was my adjuster. He was informative, kind, caring, and compassionate about my situation. He called me diligently every Tuesday and Thursday with an update on how my car is progressing. I never had a to wonder what was going on, he always kept me in the loop. There were a few hiccups along the way, but Adam made sure that my car was perfect before placing it back in my care. Jenna was always so sweet on the phone anytime I needed to call up to Gerber.
