We built a home in Waterford and found the building Dept and inspectors very helpful and easy to work with.

I called to have an inspection done at my apartment this morning and the inspector did not even come to my door or call. He went straight to the office to drop off a letter telling them to repair the leaking ceiling. I walked past him but did not realize he was the inspector. The office claims he called but he did not nor did he knock on the door. If he is clocking hours for doing inspections he is telling a full blown lie an not doing his job at all!
