The teachers here are unhinged. Half of them don't do anything all semester. What's my grade? Who knows because my teacher hasn't updated anything since week 3. Grading? Off the wall and inconsistent. Can I at least voice my concerns through course evaluations? Nope.

OCC has gone downhill so much in the past few years. My experience here started out okay, and as the semesters came and went, it just has always been something. No one wants to help you unless you have money. The support staff is anything but supportive. I will repeatedly get transferred from person to person because no one can figure things out themselves, or they literally know nothing. Payment plans are a joke and so unaccommodating. Their online classes are still just professors recordings from covid, they dont upload anything new dont even teach! Theres so many glitches in the online system as well, its frustrating to deal with. They advertise they have tutoring and SIs, but limit your tutoring and the available hours arent really workable for people who work 9-5pm. Their SIs arent helpful, unprepared, and literally wing their study sessions. Whole math department needs to be rebuilt from the ground up So many RUDE professors who clearly shouldnt be teaching nor know how to talk to people, especially women. They have been dumping money into their campuses but clearly not into their staff. The cost just isnt worth the experience and lack of care everyone has now. They dont treat you like a human being.

Went here in 2017 the faculty staff was very rude and not helpful. I drop all classes due to my health issues. A few years later this college sued me for a 900$ balance! Thank God I was able to do a payment arrangement through the attorney!
