        Horrific extraction. Tooth sawed while extraction in progress. Piece of tooth lost. X-ray necessary to find piece. Blood splattered on face. Much bruising of jaw. Beware of this hamfisted dentist.

        Poor communications and wait times. During initial visit I waited almost 20 minutes(not including the extra time for first visit paperwork) and there was not one word from anyone until I was done waiting. Cannot speak about the dentist or the hygienist as I never saw them. I understand that I will not be seen right at my appointment time, but come on, almost 20 minutes and they cannot let you know there is a delay, maybe offer to reschedule.
