I decided to get a second opinion here because I didnt like my first dermatologists treatment plan for my HS, and they put me on a drug without fully explaining the risks. I had to hear it from the pharmacy. From the first moment I walked in, the staff was extremely kind! When I realized I would be seeing an NP instead of the doctor, I had my doubts because my previous dermatologists PA wasnt the best. Allison (who was also wonderful) reassured me that she was great. She was right, Kailey was nothing short of amazing! She spent plenty of time explaining the new treatment plan, and giving me more insight about my disease! She was very kind, respectful, and you could tell she knew what she was doing because she was also extremely thorough! She gave me hope that she could help me as well, and took the time to understand my medical history. I cant wait to see how this treatment plan will work for me, as well as to see Kailey at future visits!

I dont know where to start. Lets go back in time to multiple doctor visits and several trips to urgent care. Intense skin issues they simply didnt understand. This was not an issue for this team. I was met with more than one provider to really view the whole issue. I was honestly stressed out and panicked by the time the doctors came in, the staff and medical providers could not have been more hospitable. The doctor cracked a joke at the end and that was relieving. They listened without interruption, without a face of disbelief. I was not rushed, I was heard. They got me immediate help, with a treatment plan for the future. Oh and big shout out to the front desk ladies who were outstanding in their patience and resources. Thats what was different about this team of healthcare professionals, you felt the kindness and compassion, the patience. Thank you to the whole team! Very good first time experience. I expect another joke at the next appointment. Laugher is always the best medicine.
