I seem to have very good experiences at every CVS location.

I needed to pick up photos, so clearly couldnt use the self service kiosk. I stood waiting at the counter for about 5 minutes and no one came to help me. So I proceeded to look for someone, and found Kim in a nearby aisle. When I asked if someone could help me at the register she said in a condescending manner, or theres self service kiosks yeah obviously I saw the self service kiosks, Im not an idiot Kim. I needed help. When I told her how rude it was that she dismissed me in that manner, she goes I hope you have a nice day when we were still in the middle of the transaction. Clearly, dismissing me again. Kim really needs to work on her attitude towards working and doing her JOB. I even told her I was going to leave a review and still no apology or admittance of doing something wrong. Sure self service stuff is nice when youre in a hurry, but not when you actually need a persons help and they leave the register unattended and make you feel like a bother for needing their help.
