American Generators Sale & Service

American Generator came out in November for a loss of power problem and routine maintenance. After 1.5 hours the Tech said he could not resolve the issue and left. Stated the office would reach out to set up an electrician appointment. Half hour later they billed me for $230.00 for no maintenance and the problem unresolved. Electrician appointment was never followed up on. Appears this company is out to take advantage of the consumer. I am sending them a check with the option of them not cashing it to make it right. They can turn a 0 star review into a 5 star it it is not always about the money especially when they did nothing. I will update if the check is actually cashed

Very bad company they billed me for a service that was never done. Take your business else where and save yourself a headache.

If you're looking for a generator repair service, look no further. This full-house generator had not been serviced in over 10 years. I am very thankful to Josh who did a fantastic job of diagnosing and fixing the problem. He had to order a couple of gaskets for an oil leak but he had it all cleaned up and it was humming by the time he left. Highly recommend! Service: General repairs

Tried scheduling 2 times and they said that they would call me when they were ready for my generator. They NEVER called back. Just wasted time when I could have went somewhere else.
