      Checkers

      As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

      image I love Checkers food! Was craving it for DAYS! We decided to get some, in the evening, big mistake. We ordered with the AI, order was accurate. Humans were the error. Items were missing, 3 funnel cakes. Luckily we checked before we got home. Went to drive thru to speak with a person. Explained the problem, he says, "I personally loaded them myself!" We get to the window. He was not there! A different person finally approached the window with 2 of our missing funnel cakes, we explained we ordered 3. Then he comes back an says, "she said she loaded 1!" "She" but regular fries in there is what we told him. They came back with our last funnel cakes. SO, IF YOU'RE CRAVING CHECKERS, DON'T GO HERE! YOUR ORDER WILL PROBABLY BE WRONG AND YOU WILL PROBABLY BE TREATED AS IF YOU LYING! HERE, THE CUSTOMER IS NOT RIGHT!
