      image This literally use to be my favorite Kroger store until they over charged me by $21.00 Ive literally been waiting on a refund for a month. Ive went there numerous times. Spoke with a manager called the 800 number and still nothing. Im so disappointed I even told the manager look just give me a gift card. We called the 800 number together since my order was made and purchased online for in store pick up. Still no refund its been passed 7-10 business days. I just dont understand big companies like this. You make a mistake take someones hard earned money and still wont refund them. Im disappointed and will NEVER return again. If you order online and they run out they will substitute for another item and charge you full price even when its on sale. Beware!
