        The service is extremely poor I reported high water pressure 3 weeks ago. They quoted the pressure for my address should be 81 PSI and I am getting readings of 89 PSI. They do not seem to be in any rush to come out and investigate the issue further. This worst water utility providers I have ever delt with.

        Have a problem with exiting Web Wrc bill pay. Wrc says ofc closed but website states ofc open. Really concerned there is no exit button on website. Last 4 digits of my debit shows on the website and I am really concerned. Probably a simple answer to my problem but how/why cant I get an answer to my question. Today is 12/29/2023 paid online about 11am, tried reaching Wrc about 10am

        I'm single and travel for my job so I'm not home much so I get stuck paying the minimum for water and sewer and over the last 11 years my bill has gone up 60% because of these clowns mismanagement of everything. All the career people there should be fired and Nash should go to hell

        Try to get ahold of Casey cook head of office Refuse to let me talk to her change my water meter never told me there would be a fee 2 months later decided to add $500 on to my bill took guy 5 minutes Scam artists
