      image This is a comment about PNC in general NOT about any of the branches. Staff is always friendly especially in Waterford and Pontiac but the online service is the worst Ive ever known. Plus, if you have to call for computer assistance, expect to wait an hour.

      image None of PNC's branches are conveniently located for me. I got stuck with this bank when it absorbed my bank. I have auto deposits that make it difficult to transfer to another bank, which I would love to do.
