I went in there hoping to get one of my acrylics fixed. It is starting to come off. The tech refused to help me because I got this set somewhere else. She insisted it was because she didnt have the same polish color, and I insisted that I didnt care, but she rudely told me to go back where I got these done, even though I explained that I would not be able to do so for days. I used to absolutely love this place. I was going there before Jen took over. Now every time I walks through the door I feel like I am inconveniencing them. Not a happy place anymore. They only open when they feel like it and I should be loyal to them. Not anymore. My feelings have been hurt by their miserable attitudes Services: Sculpted nails, Polish removal

I got my nails done here August 14th, They were great at first as super cut. Could have been more quality put into them but I was gonna go with it because my day was already bad. After a week they started to come up at the top and when i push on the end of the nail they rise up. No acrylic should do that especially only a week old. I wont be returning
