Regency at Waterford

Mu dad was here for a while until he passed away and I could not say enough about the level of care, professionalism the closeness of the facility they treated my dad the very best they could until the very end...thank you...and if you have a loved one that needs long term or hospice care. Please check them out....

NEVER TAKE A LOVED ONE HERE, THEY ALMOST KILLED MY GRANDMA AND LIED ABOUT WHAT MY GRANDMA COULD DO WHEN THEY SAID SHE COULD WALK WHEN SHE CANT, SHE WAS BED BOUND THE WHOLE TIME WHEN MY MOM AND I WOULD GO VISIT HER AND THEY SAID SHE WAS A FEEDER WHEN SHE COULD FEED HERSELF HORRIBLE PLACE

This place is a disaster. Poor quality of food and other things that printed in the reviews I used to work thereIf they dont care about the workers, you know they dont care about your clients they had me come in at work before my orientation then when I attended orientation I got fired for saying the orientation was unprofessional. They had previous workers that was in orientation showing us around with limited knowledge of the building because it has changed since they have left still havent been paid going on the second weekOMG

This place is HORRIFIC!!! I wouldn't trust in this facility to take care of a bird. Some of the nurses act as if they're incompetent and the aides are lazy. This place is worse than it was 10 years ago and to think I thought it had changed for the better....ha wishful thinking! FIND ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR LOVED ONES!!!!!

The Regency of Waterford need to be closed. The staff here have no concerns for the patients here every time I have come up to visit they are at the desk on their phones. Last time I came up my brother had his call lights on. He said it had been on for about an hour I spent 2 hours with him and after an hour I went and said something to the staff and they said oh he just turned it on and when I told them I had been up over an hour it still took them another half hour to attend to him. She tried to lie and say she was busy. I said to her if sitting at the desk for hours playing on social media was busy then yes you were extremely busy then
