        I have always dealt with Bill's plumbing until now. Al came out, gave us an estimate. Then... it was like pulling teeth trying to get him to respond. Promised to call, text, etc., when he did call, after I called the main #, it was excuse after excuse on why he didn't. 3 weeks later we hired another company. Very disappointing.

        Came to clean out clog in kitchen pipes. Two days later I had to call as nothing had changed. They promised to come back and then ignored my texts and calls. So kept my money and left me hanging. same thing happened to someone else whose review was removed .

        The guys that came out to help me today were very polite, friendly, and knew their work very well. I am very pleased with the service provided and with the communication between the office, the guys coming out, and myself. Will definitely be recommended this company to my friends and family.
