        I had previously used brinker plumbing and was satisfied with the service and cost. Since I last used them they were bought by Kotz heating so when I had a few plumbing services needed I again called them. This experience was a total disaster. The tech that was sent out refused to repair a leak in my built in whirlpool tub drain stating parts were no longer available and I would need to replace the tub. So I then bought a tool needed to unscrew the tub drain strainer and used some new plumbers putty to reseal the drain, TUB FIXED. Also needed a 3/4 inch copper valve replaced and was given a quote of $341.00. I decided that was way to high and I would do the job myself. The total work time for me was 25 minutes and $14.00 for the valve. In effect I was to be charged over $600 per hour labor by the plumber!

        Expensive Cambria quartz product not to sample colors. One Cambria back splash had a 2X2 blob toward center of splash; should have been rejected by in-coming quality person and not shown/provided to customer. Sink bowl in narrower cabinet supplier deeper than item in Koehler shown in showroom. Turn around time was decent; personnel nice.
