David was really communicative upfront, but he ran into an issue with his washer and needed to cancel on me. Which is not the end of the world.....however he never got back in touch and I tried reaching out additionally  with no response back. It is ok that the equipment needed some rapid, but he left me high and dry with no communication back after canceling on me and saying he would reschedule . Maybe do not bank on this being your most reliable option.

Dave did an amazing job.  He showed up on time and took all the appropriate precautions in lieu of COVID-19. The house and garage look like new and he even cleaned off our shed and walkway which he didn't have to.  We definitely intend to use him again when it's time to get the house washed again.

We got our deck power washed today, and Dave did a fantastic job! He worked hard, polite, and very responsible. Our deck came out beautiful, and he even screwed down some wooden pieces that were loose. We will hire him again, and I would recommend to anyone as well.
