I can say with confidence that STS is one of the good companies to work for. The dispatch team works tirelessly to provide the best possible loads for their drivers, and has been able to keep me profitable consistently even through the poor market conditions we're facing. Paul is very receptive of drivers and the unique situations we may face, and the shop does everything they can to make sure trucks are in good condition, and safe to drive. Overall a great company to be with!

I have worked with Solid Transport Services for a number of years now. I've never had an issue with any of the staff. Office support is friendly and respectful. They are always upgrading their truck fleet and their safety standards are over the top. STS is my go to trucking company. Give them the opportunity to earn your business and I am sure you'll be glad you did.

I joined STS on Aug 2, 22. At first It was fair however after encountering a breakdown it was downhill from there. I went 3 weeks without a paycheck yet no documentation stating what I had earned or what was owed. I never saw a rate con from any other company other than a STS one. When I asked for full transparency I was told "We're working on it" In the few months that I was there approximately 12-15 drivers have left for the same reason They were not earning a living wage. Keep in mind that leasing is the equivalent of owning. Which means ALL the financial responsibility is on the driver. Keep in mind STS will always get their fees first & foremost. So what that being said if not enough well paying loads are not coming in you will receive $300-$500 a week paychecks like i did. Based on these "reviews" makes me wonder if my probing into more transparency was taken personal by "someone" at the main office. Most staff members are pleasant some are difficult to understand due to language barriers. Some of their staff are based in Bulgaria. Do i recommend this company? I would not recommend to any driver to join. I now earn more as a company driver with benefits with my latest employer. STS has about 30 trucks with only 16 on the road which speaks volumes. This statement is the truth the whole truth & nothing but the truth so help me God. Due your due diligence fellow drivers.

Ive been here 2 1/2 years it has been very good for me. I love having more say in where i go and knowing i am building my own company up. Sts is a small company of owner operators and lease purchase drivers and a very good place to call home.
