Beware!!! Warning!!! This company starts off promptly but after the first initial show up it went downhill! They promise not to make you stressed about an already stressful event.... NOT TRUE!! They finally finished my job (basement flood) and sent the invoice into my insurance company on a Friday, on Monday, they called and texted me with threats that they I was going to have to pay attorney fees and other fees if the invoice wasn't paid immediately!! Puro Clean was fantastic! My hot water heater burst and flooded two rooms. From the first person that arrived on site, Mark, to Alex, who checked on things, to Lorraine, who handled the contents of my rooms, to Sean, who finished up the job, everybody was professional, polite, and very informative about the process. Every person, from one who answered the telephone through the technicians who actually did the cleaning, was professional, willing to answer questions, make necessary adjustments and ensure that the job met our satisfaction. Dave and Brendon were extra helpful, did MORE than what I expected and willingly re-checked difficult issues during the cleaning process. Their goal seemed to be to take care of the site as well as just do a good job cleaning and ensure that we were satisfied. Because the cleaning took place significantly later than an ideal situation, I was EXTREMELY surprised and satisfied with the results. And so was the owner when she returned home from the hospital. I would certainly recommend PuroClean to ANYONE who needed this particular kind of bio-cleaning. I hope before and after photos indicate the beautiful results. My special thanks to all who helped us during this difficult period.
