If I could give "0" stars I would. Window Genie of Bloomfield sent a couple kids out to clean all the windows in my home. In the process they shattered one of my Living room lamps, broke the string on one of my blinds and left it on the floor for me to find later in the evening. They also dripped their cleaning solution all over my new white couch which was unable to be cleaned. The owner, Jim, said he would replace the damaged items but when it came down to it all he did was dodge my phone calls and e-mails and never returned the calls etc. After months of trying to reach him, He said he wasn't doing anything about it and said he was done with this and proceeded to hang up on me. On top of it all, I could have cleaned the windows better myself instead of "professional" window cleaning. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and the owners are also the worst kind of people out there. Do not use this company, there are many others out there that would probably take better care of their clients. Jim, the owner, is a liar and does not own up to his own words. What a scam of a company with the worst reputation! they should be closed down!
