        Awesome company!! We had Flagpoles Etc out to manufacture and install two 25' flag poles in front of our manufacturing facility in Wilson NC. The quality of poles and flags is great, and install was fast and seamless!! Rob (CEO & Install man) was awesome to chat with while seeing the install happen. Cheryl and Faith in the office were great to deal with and always had good conversation and would reach out to clear up any questions. I Would highly recommend using Flagpoles Etc for any flag or pole needs! Thanks again!

        After buying a Telescoping Flagpole from their ad, they will not take care of a problem with it as they claimed they would when I purchased it a year and a half ago. Terrible customer service.

        Excellent Service from the beginning of ordering from Tim Cassidy. His knowledge was extensive with working with our crew in preparing the area for the flag pole. Delivery was stated within a day and Steve and his partner were here from Michigan and in Florida as they stated. They were completed within the hour with the pole up and our flag waving. Thank you for our order, set up and beautiful flag. Would recommend the Flagpoles, etc anytime.
