The design team really cares about getting each detail exactly how I wanted it for my custom foam insert. I would recommend Pak-Rite Michigan to everyone I know!

I bought a single rifle case from the Storm series for my new Tikka. I got an email that stated my UPS number wasn't right. But there was no other options to pick from when placing the order. When all was said and done it looked like shipping was free according to the confirmation page. So i called and Pak Rite and they stated shipping was $80. I would have NEVER paid that if i knew, and would have gotten this case elsewhere. But now I was looking at a 20% restock fee, but of course the product never left the shelf so that kinda sucks. The girl on the phone said the website commonly makes mistakes on shipping. Due to this website error I was on the hook for either $40 or $80 I've bought a few Pelican Cases. They are always stupid expensive but I believe sometimes they are worth it. I thought this company was affiliated with Pelican, which is my fault and thats why i was there. I think it's pretty obvious that I will never be back here due to the wonky website, crazy shipping and the rediculous restock fee. The girl on the phone was very cool for the record. Think about it... the transaction was completed with no other shipping option. It appeared shipping was taken care of on the invoice. It STATED that shipping was 0.00 Turns out shipping is $80... why not $250? Then a 20% restock fee for something that never left the shelf when I told them I would like to go elsewhere. It's up to you, but this place smells like a racket.
